Educate, includes the operations of Sylvan Learning franchises, Schulerhilfe, Ivy West, and Catapult Traditional Learning business units. Sylvan Learning, founded in 1979, is North America's leading provider of personalized tutoring programs to students in grades pre-K-12 in every academic subject and test preparation. Schulerhilfe provides after-school tutoring assistance to students in Germany and Austria. Ivy West provides tutoring services for the SAT and other standardized tests in Sylvan Learning Centers primarily in California. Catapult Traditional Learning provides supplemental instruction programs in schools, school districts, and private education entities, primarily parochial schools.
